Over four decades, Deborah has worked across nearly every side of the real estate industry—from brokerage and escrow to representing buyers and sellers. Her experience gives her a perspective that goes well beyond a single transaction. She understands how to read a market, prepare a property, negotiate strategically and help clients make smart real estate decisions.
Known as a “South Coast Insider,” Deborah has lived and worked in the Newport Beach area for decades, developing an extensive network and firsthand knowledge of the communities and neighborhoods that make Coastal Southern California unique. Her experience spans Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Corona del Mar, Costa Mesa and communities throughout Orange County and Coastal Southern California.
Her connection to Newport Beach goes well beyond real estate. An avid rower who has competed at the national level since her days at Long Beach State in the late 1980s, Deborah knows Newport Harbor as well as she knows the neighborhoods surrounding it. That competitive nature, persistence and commitment to doing the work have carried through every part of her career.

Julei Sisk works alongside Deborah as her trusted transaction coordinator, managing the details and paperwork that keep each sale on track from contract to close. She began her real estate career as an agent more than 16 years ago and moved into transaction coordination in 2012. Her experience helps her manage the paperwork and details of each sale, keeping transactions on track from contract to close.
